Our visitor center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM and on Saturday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. Parker, Colorado - Construction of a new assisted living and memory care community is currently underway located at 18900 Mainstreet in downtown Parker, CO.
The Parker Assisted Living by Morning Star community broke ground November, 2011 and is scheduled to take its first residents in September, 2012. The marketing office is now open on the property – stop by for a visit!
The building is being developed by Parker AL, LLC and the general contractor is JHL Constructors. The architect is Lance-Boggio Architects of Englewood, CO and interior design by Thoma-Holec Interiors of Phoenix, Arizona. The community will be managed by MorningStar Senior Living of Denver.
The community will feature a fire side lounge, grand-parlor, private dining room, ice-cream\bistro area, a recreation room, beauty salon, theater, chapel, country store, outdoor BBQ area and four season porches. When complete, the community will consist of 64 suites of studio, one and two bedroom designs in a home-like, residential environment. Residents will be able to take advantage of all the amenities in downtown Parker.
Parker Assisted Living by MorningStar will offer residents assistance with daily living tasks from nursing assistance to medication monitoring. Services also include three executive chef prepared meals per day, laundry, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, recreation activities and wellness programs. Nineteen suites will be devoted to MorningStar’s Alzheimer’s Program that offers individualized care to residents with memory loss and other related memory disorders.
Parker AL, LLC is also planning the development of a new independent living community adjacent to the assisted living community. MorningStar Senior Living currently operates five other senior living properties located in Lakewood, Littleton, Denver and Greenwood Village.
