MorningStar Senior Living Celebrates Grand Opening of Holly Park Community in Denver
DENVER, CO (April 15, 2024) — Co-developers MorningStar Senior Living, a fully integrated developer, owner and operator of premier retirement communities, and Edgemark Development LLC, a national developer and owner of senior multifamily and affordable housing, have completed MorningStar at Holly Park in Centennial, CO.
Located at 6675 South Holly Street, Centennial, CO 80121, west of I-25 on the northwest corner of Arapahoe Road and Holly Street, this property delivers 160 units for independent living, assisted living and memory care in a four-story luxury residential building. The three-acre senior living community represents the development partners’ first venture together.
To celebrate the grand opening, project partners hosted an inaugural reception at the property in March with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Founder/CEO Ken Jaeger (pictured far left in attached).
Residents will enjoy an indoor pool along with a fitness and therapy center, a choice of dining venues, several private courtyards, and a rooftop club room and terrace with striking city and mountain views. Several architectural photos attached.

As health conditions dictate, assisted living residents are offered personalized support in the activities of daily living through 24-hour staffing and full-time licensed nurses.
