When I consider the seniors who have had the most influence on me, I think of Dutch, from 27 years ago when I was a caregiver in Willoughby, OH. Dutch was one of the residents who embraced me as his own. He was very thankful for every little thing. Caring for him made me realize that I make a difference. Albert Schweitzer once said: The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others. My values align with those of MorningStar. When I read about its origins and Founder Ken Jaeger’s inspiration, it gave me goosebumps. Our mission says a lot about what we stand for as a company.
