The first senior I ever loved was my grandmother (“Ako” in Ethiopian). She was a Christian who lived according to God’s words, so very kind and loving. I heard many great stories about her and from her, my favorite being that she loved feeding kids from the neighborhood whose parents were struggling. There comes a time where we all need help in our lives. Seniors have given so much to society and I feel honored to serve them. They have a way of making you take a step back from your own life and validate what is meaningful and what is not.

LOVE IT!! I brought my mom to Independent Living there almost a year ago. It’s always so clean and the staff are so kind. The chefs make amazing food and you feel like your at a restaurant with great service when you eat there. Everything is uplifting and each floor and section has a theme of artwork which is wonderful to see.
