ExitTiana JacksonSenior Executive DirectorWhen I ponder those who have most influenced my long career in senior care, I think of Dee, a former colleague whose passion, respect, model of servant-leadership has motivated and shaped me. And of course I have met many spectacular seniors who have taught me many life lessons through their stories.

ExitDianna NovakWellness DirectorThe first person that comes to mind is my Grandpa Lerion. Growing up, I was peas in a pod with Grandpa Lerion. If I was sneaking cookies everyone knew exactly who put me up to it. He told the BEST stories. Papa Charles taught me that life doesn’t always work out as planned, so be prepared…and that each morning we get to decide what kind of person we want to be. He enjoyed quoting Mae West: “You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.” I have always wanted to work for a company that supports employees and treats them like a family. I am happy to say that I have found that here with MorningStar.

I started working with a 55+ crowd in the motorhome industry at 17 years old and have been enjoying the wisdom and company of seniors ever since; I feel fortunate to be surrounded by those who have blazed a path for my generation with generosity and love.
