MorningStar Senior Living
at Old Town in Fort Collins

The grand opening of this luxury community in the historic Old Town neighborhood of Fort Collins, Colorado, is not just a milestone—it's a celebration of building Family for Life in a prized location on College Avenue and Cherry Street.

On June 12, we hosted a much-anticipated reveal for area professionals. Eighty representatives of healthcare and other businesses were eager for the grand tour. Guests learned more about the MorningStar brand through Discovery Stations set throughout the community, including our customer service initiative (Radiance), our philanthropic commitments through the MorningStar Foundation, and a demonstration of Life Enrichment as a vital aspect of whole-person wellness.

The following day, June 13, we hosted an inaugural event for first residents and their families. The debut was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony with speeches from Founder/CEO Ken Jaeger, Executive Director Candice Salas, and City Councilwoman Susan Gutowsky, with an invocation from Zach Martinez, a chaplain with Bristol Hospice. It was an evening filled with story-swapping, laughter and heartfelt moments as over 100 people celebrated new beginnings.

Resort-style amenities were on display, including an indoor pool, fitness center, therapy space, theatre/chapel and the Vineyard, an upscale wine-tasting room. The Sky Terrace, patios and courtyards offers serene outdoor space. Every corner of the community blends masterful design with the contextual fabric of downtown Fort Collins to create relaxed luxury.

Appreciating the uniqueness of each resident, MorningStar has curated services that cater to individual needs. Whether it's independent living, assisted living, or memory care, our compassionate team provides best-in-class support. Residents can choose from 89 independent living and 44 assisted living suites, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Our Reflections Neighborhood provides 27 suites for those with memory impairment.
