The 1 room apartment is HUGE. The staff cleans and straightens up nicely. They communicate well. She is so well adjusted there and we are very happy. The place is bright, clean, smells good and pays attention

Very nice facility! Relatively new construction with washers and dryers in each room, a big plus! Very helpful and friendly staff. Lost of activities each week, art room, exercise room, pool table and shuffle board. Seems like many food options at each meal, although didn't taste the food. I was very impressed.

The staff were very helpful in gathering information and getting us in touch with several different assisted care/memory care facilities. We were impressed by [community removed], but decided to go with Morningstar at Laurelhurst due to its proximity to downtown. My mom is also on the waiting list for their memory care unit. They have a great caregiving team, allowing my mom with dementia to live with my dad who is in hospice care. They made quite a few accommodations so that my mom can live with him.

What we like the most about the community is the welcoming environment, their friendly staff and their attentiveness. Yes, we would recommend MorningStar at Laurelhurst to other families based on the experience we have had.

So bright and clean, very attentive and friendly All rooms have their own bathroom with shower. Our one bedroom is SPACIOUS!

The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and my uncle seems comfortable and well taken care of. Concierge is amazing!

My mom lives here and honestly she stays way busier than I do 😅 They do happy hour every Friday, bingo, and all kinds of themed dinners for holidays. She’s always telling me about who she sat with or what they did that week. It’s nice knowing she’s somewhere social and actually enjoying herself instead of just sitting around.

We recently used the fifth floor club room for my aunt’s birthday party and it was such a great experience. The space is really nice and worked perfectly for our group. There’s a pool table and other games, so everyone had something to do and it didn’t feel stiff or boring at all. The life enrichment team and concierge were super accommodating and helped us with everything we needed to make it go smoothly. It ended up being a really fun day, and we were all impressed with how easy they made it.

My dad has been living here for a bit now and we’ve been really happy with how everything has been. The staff is friendly, helpful, and seems to care about the residents. The community is clean and welcoming, and it gives us peace of mind knowing he’s being well taken care of.

My mom lives here and I am so happy with all they offer. It is a great relief to have her in care that I can trust. The concierge team is always so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this facility!
